43:21-7.6. Inapplicability of expenditure limitations of Public School Education Act of 1975 Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1975, c. 212 (C. 18A:7A-3 and 18A:7A-25) or rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, any increase in expenditure required as a result of this act shall not be subject to the expenditure limitations imposed pursuant to P.L.1975, c. 212 (C. 18A:7A-3 and 18A:7A-25). L.1977, c. 307, s. 10, eff. Jan. 1, 1978.
