Weekly extended benefit rate

43:21-24.14. Weekly extended benefit rate The weekly extended benefit rate payable to an individual for a week of total unemployment in his eligibility period shall be an amount equal to the weekly benefit rate payable to him during his applicable benefit year. L.1970, c. 324, s. 8.
