Expenses to effectuate chapter

43:2-3. Expenses to effectuate chapter The board, body or person administering the second retirement system or pension fund may appropriate and expend any sum of money necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. The state treasurer, on the warrant of the comptroller, may honor requisitions made pursuant hereto by the administrative board, body or person, if such funds have been appropriated and placed at the disposal of the pension fund or retirement system as otherwise provided by law.
