Perjury

43:19-11. Perjury A person who shall willfully or knowingly swear falsely in an oath for the purpose of obtaining or procuring a pension or the payment thereof, under the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of perjury, and shall be punished by law for such crime.
