Transfer of credit from plan to similar plan of participant's new employer

43:15B-9. Transfer of credit from plan to similar plan of participant's new employer Any participant who changes jobs may transfer his credit from the plan pursuant to authorizing provisions which may be contained in the plan, provided the similar plan of the participant's new employer permits such a transfer. L.1977, c. 381, s. 9, eff. Feb. 8, 1978.
