43:15A-7.3 Appeal for person denied membership in PERS. 14. An appeal by any person who is denied membership in the Public Employees' Retirement System shall be transmitted as a contested case, along with all relevant materials and documents, by the State Treasurer to the Office of Administrative Law which shall conduct an adjudicatory proceeding thereon pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, C.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.).
