Repeals; effect

43:15A-59.5. Repeals; effect The following acts and parts of acts are repealed, effective July 1, 1966: P.L.1954, c. 84, s. 59; P.L.1956, c. 219; P.L.1960, c. 124; and P.L.1962, c. 171. The repeal of the aforesaid section and acts shall not be construed to provide for any retroactive effect. Where a member's retirement allowance was reduced by the amount of the old age insurance benefit under Title II of the Social Security Act, paid or payable to him, whether received or not, or if such a reduction is to be made upon the member's attainment of age 65, on or after July 1, 1966 such reduction shall cease or no reduction shall be made.
