Ineligibility of veterans for certain retirement benefits

43:15A-56. Ineligibility of veterans for certain retirement benefits No public employee veteran eligible for membership in the Public Employees' Retirement System shall be eligible for, or receive, retirement benefits under R.S. 43:4-1, 43:4-2 and 43:4-3.
