43:15A-35. Custodian of fund; payments; vouchers The State Treasurer shall be the custodian of the funds created by this act, shall select all depositories and custodians and shall negotiate and execute custody agreements in connection with the assets or investments of any of said funds. All payments from the funds shall be made by him only upon voucher signed by the chairman and countersigned by the secretary of the board of trustees. No voucher shall be drawn, except upon the authority of the board duly entered in the record of its proceedings. L.1954, c. 84, p. 495, s. 35. Amended by L.1954, c. 244, p. 895, s. 6.
