43:15A-3. Effective date of agreements The effective date of the Social Security agreements under the provisions of sections 1 and 2 above shall be January 1, 1955. L.1954, c. 84, p. 471, s. 3. Amended by L.1954, c. 244, p. 902, s. 16.
