"Beneficiaries" defined

43:13-37.16. "Beneficiaries" defined Where the word "beneficiaries" is used in this act it shall refer to a town employee as defined in this act and his dependent widow, dependent child or children or dependent parent or parents. L.1943, c. 189, p. 530, s. 16.
