Revision of agreements for payment of arrears in installments

43:13-22.15b. Revision of agreements for payment of arrears in installments Any existing agreement for the payment of arrears in installments, in effect upon the adoption of this act, may be revised to provide for completion of such payments in not more than 10 years from the date of membership in the retirement system.
