Deposit of funds; investment

43:13-22.14. Deposit of funds; investment The commission shall deposit the funds of the system in any depositories lawful for the deposit of municipal funds. All moneys not needed for immediate purposes may be invested by the commission in interest-bearing bonds of the United States Government, State of New Jersey, subdivisions, instrumentalities or agencies of the State of New Jersey or of any interstate agency of which the State of New Jersey is a member.
