Effect of resolution

43:10-59.2. Effect of resolution The adoption of a resolution pursuant to this act shall not impair the pension rights of any probation officer theretofore employed, nor shall it relieve the county of its obligation to maintain a pension fund under this article for such previously appointed probation officers.
