Effective date; operative upon resolution by county

43:10-18.81. Effective date; operative upon resolution by county This act shall take effect immediately but shall not be operative in any county unless and until the board of chosen freeholders shall adopt a resolution pursuant to section 14 of this act which resolution shall incorporate the requirements of said section.
