42:2A-35. Form of contribution by partners Form of contribution by partners. The contribution of a partner may be in cash, property, or services rendered, or a promissory note or other obligation to contribute cash or property or to perform services. L. 1983, c. 489, s. 34, eff. April 1, 1985.
