42:2A-26. Voting Voting. a. Subject to section 26 of P.L. 1983, c. 489 (C. 42:2A-27) the partnership agreement may grant to all or a specified group of the limited partners the right to vote, on a per capita or other basis, upon such matters as set forth in the partnership agreement. b. This section shall not be construed so as to limit the right of a limited partner to vote on, or consent to, a specific partnership matter or action if this chapter gives the limited partner this right and does not expressly permit this right to be restricted by a contrary provision in the partnership agreement.
