Administration by judges

41:2A-3. Administration by judges Any justice of the Supreme Court may administer the oath to a person appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court or Associate Justice of the Supreme Court, and any justice of the Supreme Court, judge of the Superior Court or judge of the tax court may administer the oath to a person appointed a judge of the Superior Court or judge of the tax court. Any judge of the Superior Court or judge of the tax court may administer the oath to a person appointed a judge of a municipal court and any surrogate, deputy surrogate or special deputy surrogate.
