Seal not necessary to validity of oath or affidavit

41:1-7. Seal not necessary to validity of oath or affidavit It shall not be necessary to the validity or sufficiency of any oath, affirmation or affidavit, made or taken before any of the persons named in section 41:2-1 of this title, that the same shall be certified under the official seal of the officer before whom made.
