Performance of duties before giving bond; misdemeanor

40A:9-86. Performance of duties before giving bond; misdemeanor If any person elected register of deeds and mortgages shall assume to perform any of the duties before giving bond as provided by law, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
