Temporary clerks of courts

40A:9-69. Temporary clerks of courts If the county clerk or his deputy shall be absent at the sessions of said courts, the assignment judge of the Superior Court of the county may appoint a temporary clerk. The temporary clerk shall be under the supervision of the courts and shall perform such duties as shall be prescribed. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
