40A:9-67. Supreme Court rules governing county clerks who are attorneys at law A county clerk who is an attorney at law shall be subject to the rules of the Supreme Court in respect to limitations upon his practice of law. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
