Superintendent of child welfare; tenure of office in certain cases

40A:9-34. Superintendent of child welfare; tenure of office in certain cases Any superintendent of child welfare in a county with a population between 350,000 and 600,000, having been connected with the welfare department of the county for at least 15 years, shall have tenure in office and shall only be removed therefrom after due hearing, upon notice and for just and sufficient cause.
