Appointees to have the required qualifications in cases of scientific engineering skill

40A:9-2. Appointees to have the required qualifications in cases of scientific engineering skill No person shall be appointed to or hold any office in a county or municipality in cases where scientific engineering skill is necessary, unless he has the required qualifications for personally performing the duties of such office. L.1971, c. 200, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1971.
