40A:9-127. Actions for money payable to or by constables; jurisdiction 40A:9-127. The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction over actions or proceedings involving money payable to or by a constable and may make appropriate orders and judgments, in a summary manner, in the case of absconding, insolvent, incapacitated or deceased constables.
