40A:9-117.5a. Inapplicability of act to tenure attained prior to effective date This act shall not adversely affect tenure attained by a chief warrant officer prior to the effective date thereof pursuant to the provisions of P.L.1976, c. 85 (C. 40A:9-117.5). L.1983, c. 286, s. 3, eff. July 29, 1983.
