Person over 35 appointed as sheriff's officer; continuance as member of retirement system

40A:9-117.12. Person over 35 appointed as sheriff's officer; continuance as member of retirement system Any person who is over 35 years of age on the effective date of this act, and who is subsequently appointed as a sheriff's officer pursuant to this act, shall remain a member of the retirement system of which he is a member on that date.
