Uncollected fees credited to account of former sheriff

40A:9-106. Uncollected fees credited to account of former sheriff All uncollected fees due for services rendered or expenses incurred by a deceased, disabled or disqualified sheriff shall be taxed and collected by the acting sheriff, or the newly appointed or elected sheriff and credited to the account of the former sheriff.
