40A:67-9 Authority, selling of bonds. 9. An authority may sell bonds at public or private sale, and at a price or prices the authority shall determine subject to the provisions of the "Local Authorities Fiscal Control Law," P.L.1983, c.313 (C.40A:5A-1 et seq.). L.2023, c.346, s.9.
