40A:67-5 Officer, employee, not to acquire interest, regional rehabilitation, reentry center. 5. An officer or employee of an authority shall not have or acquire an interest, direct or indirect, in property, a contract, or a proposed contract for materials, services, or supplies to be furnished, to or used by, the authority, any of the counties, or the center.
