Approval of resolution

40A:4-55.20. Approval of resolution No resolution approved pursuant to this act shall have effect unless approved by the Local Finance Board pursuant to rules and regulations prescribed by it. L.1982, c. 66, s. 3, eff. July 12, 1982.
