Emergencies financed from surplus

40A:4-50. Emergencies financed from surplus A local unit may finance any emergency appropriation from surplus funds available, or may borrow money and issue its "emergency notes" as provided for in this chapter to finance any such appropriation. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
