40A:14-78.7. Separate items in operating appropriations section The operating appropriations section of the fire district budget shall set forth separate items for administration, operation and maintenance of each office or agency of the fire district. Each paid position established pursuant to this act shall be set forth along with the compensation to be paid therefor. The total amount to be appropriated for the purposes set forth in section 4 of this act shall be stated separately. L.1979, c. 453, s. 11.
