Members of volunteer fire company on disbandment entitled to exempt fireman certificates

40A:14-58. Members of volunteer fire company on disbandment entitled to exempt fireman certificates Whenever a volunteer fire company is disbanded and replaced by a paid or part-paid fire department and force, the members of such company who shall have served as such at least 2 years immediately preceding such replacement shall be entitled to exempt fireman certificates.
