Filing of ordinance

40A:12-38. Filing of ordinance Within 30 days following the enactment of an ordinance establishing an urban homesteading program, the municipal clerk shall file a copy of the ordinance with the Director of the Division of Local Government Services and the Director of the Division of Housing and Development of the Department of Community Affairs.
