40A:10-58. Contracts for insurance 7. Any contract for insurance to be entered into in accordance with this act shall be established pursuant to sections 10 and 11 of P.L.1971, c.198 (C.40A:11-10 and 40A:11-11). L.1992,c.51,s.7.
