Eligibility

40A:10-28. Eligibility A member of any incorporated volunteer first aid, emergency, rescue or ambulance squad shall not be ineligible to receive any of the benefits under N.J.S. 40A:10-26 and 40A:10-27 because he may otherwise receive any form of compensation or salary from the municipality.
