Annual appropriation to fund

40A:10-14. Annual appropriation to fund The governing body of a local unit may annually appropriate to the fund such money as it may determine to be necessary for the purpose set forth in the preceding section. L.1979, c. 230, s. 1, eff. Oct. 15, 1979.
