"Local unit" for purposes of Article 1, chapter 10 of Title 40A

40A:10-1.1. "Local unit" for purposes of Article 1, chapter 10 of Title 40A 8. For the purposes of Article 1 of chapter 10 of Title 40A of the New Jersey Statutes, "local unit" shall be deemed to include boards of education which join together with municipalities pursuant to P.L.1992, c.51 (C.40A:10-52 et al.).
