Interlibrary loan services; free use by residents

40:9A-3. Interlibrary loan services; free use by residents Such contracts shall provide for the establishment of interlibrary loan services among the federated libraries and the free use for reference purposes of the library resources in the federation by any resident of the area served by the participating municipalities and counties.
