40:84-16. Ballot for election of successor of recalled councilman The same ballot used for submitting the question or questions of recall shall be used for the election of successors to the councilman or councilmen sought to be removed, and the provisions of this subtitle concerning the nomination, preparation of ballot, election, counting and canvassing of the results of such election of councilmen shall apply to the election and recall of councilman in this case. No primary election shall be held, but the names of all persons nominated by petition in the manner provided in this subtitle for nomination of candidates for election as councilmen shall be placed upon the ballot.
