40:72-13. Regular and special meetings; open to public; minutes The board of commissioners shall designate the time of holding regular meetings, which shall be at least once monthly, and special meetings may be called from time to time by the mayor or by two commissioners. All meetings of the commissioners, whether regular or special, shall be open to the public and any citizen may have access to the minutes upon application to the municipal clerk. Amended by L.1977, c. 197, s. 1, eff. Aug. 29, 1977.
