40:71-10. Inconsistent laws inapplicable; laws relating to municipal courts unaffected Immediately after the election and organization of the commissioners as provided herein, all laws and parts of laws then existing, whether general or special, in anywise affecting the government of such municipality which are contrary to or inconsistent with the provisions of chapters seventy to seventy-six of this Title, shall be repealed and abrogated, but said chapters seventy to seventy-six shall not abrogate, repeal or annul the provisions of chapter eight of Title 2A of the New Jersey Statutes.
