Executive power

40:69A-39. Executive power The executive power of the municipality shall be exercised by the mayor, subject to the procedures set forth in this plan of government. L. 1950, c. 210, p. 474, s. 3-9, eff. June 8, 1950. Amended by L. 1985, c. 374, s. 4, eff. Nov. 26, 1985.
