40:69A-183. Rules and regulations; filing; publication No rule or regulation made by any department, officer, agency or authority of the municipality, except such as relates to the organization or internal management of the municipal government or a part thereof, shall take effect until it is filed either with the municipal clerk or in such other manner as may be provided by ordinance. The council shall provide for the prompt publication of such rules and regulations. L.1950, c. 210, p. 515, s. 17-34, eff. June 8, 1950.
