Candidates elected in municipalities adopting article 13 or 14

40:69A-162. Candidates elected in municipalities adopting article 13 or 14 In any municipality which has adopted article 13 or 14 of this act, the candidate for mayor, if there be one, who receives the greatest number of votes shall be elected and the number of candidates for council member equal to the number of places to be filled in the council, receiving the greatest number of votes shall be elected.
