40:69A-153.1. Dual candidacy; prohibition No person shall accept nomination for more than one municipal office to be voted for at a regular municipal election to be held pursuant to Article 17 of P.L.1950, c. 210 (C. 40:69A-150 et seq.). L.1981, c. 87, s. 1, eff. March 26, 1981.
