Adoption by municipalities under 12,000; applicable laws

40:69A-115. Adoption by municipalities under 12,000; applicable laws The form of government provided in this article shall be known as the "small municipality plan." It may be adopted by any municipality having a population of less than 12,000 inhabitants and shall, together with articles 2 and 17, govern any municipality the voters of which have adopted the plan pursuant to this act.
