"Port authority" defined

40:68-17. "Port authority" defined As used in this article "port authority" means The Port of New York Authority created by compact of April thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, between the states of New York and New Jersey, with the consent of congress and also any other public body or corporation of the state of New Jersey authorized by law to establish, maintain or operate a marine terminal.
