40:67-10. Franchises and rights of owners unaffected by relocation When any tracks, poles, wires, pipes, conduits or other structures shall have been relocated as provided in this article the person owning the same shall have the same right to maintain and operate the same in the new location for the same length of time and in the same manner as he had in their former location at the time of and immediately before such removal.
